1. Scope and who we are
This Policy applies to zermobrands.com, company inquiry and contact forms, ZermoBrands services, product and partnership inquiries, support interactions, and related commercial operations.
ZermoBrands is operated by Zermo Brands LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. In this Policy, "ZermoBrands," "Zermo Brands," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Zermo Brands LLC.
Some ZermoBrands products or services may have product-specific privacy notices or agreements. If those product-specific terms conflict with this Policy for that product, the product-specific terms control for that product.
2. Data we collect
Website and inquiry data
When you submit an inquiry, email us, or otherwise contact ZermoBrands, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as name, company, email, project type, message, and related business context. We also collect basic request metadata such as IP address, user-agent string, timestamps, source path, and error information so we can operate and protect the site.
Client, partner, and product data
If you work with us on a service, product, partnership, campaign, cloud project, software project, or other commercial engagement, we may process contact details, company details, project materials, requirements, proposals, statements of work, billing information, support messages, operational records, and other information needed to provide the work.
Product account data
For products operated by Zermo Brands LLC, we may process account, authentication, usage, support, integration, and customer-submitted data as needed to provide the applicable product. Product-specific notices may provide more detail for those services.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. ZermoBrands is a business-facing company and does not target personal, family, or household use.

- Operational logs are typically kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California privacy law.

9. International transfers
Zermo Brands LLC is operated from the United States, and our systems are primarily hosted in the United States. If you access our websites, services, or products from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
